蕭敬騰午覺補眠 晚上睡４小時天天像活龍

蕭敬騰最近勤跑通告，平均每晚只睡４小時，甚至早上６點半就起床，到半夜才收工，他身邊的宣傳累得唉唉叫，他卻每天笑容滿面，精神奕奕地說：「我是壯年啦！」原來他的祕訣是：睡午覺養精蓄銳！

再吵都能睡 常夢到奶奶

下午一有通告空檔，蕭敬騰不管是在搖晃的車上，或是身邊很吵，他一定會睡１、２個小時。工作人員透露，他睡午覺的表情很安詳，沒有打呼、流口水的怪癖，他會習慣性地把手靠在臉頰，活像個睡美人！

而蕭敬騰睡覺時經常做夢，最常夢到在他國中時過世、和他感情很親密的奶奶，「奶奶常回來看我，叫我好好照顧身體。」他表示偶爾會因太想念奶奶而哭醒。

為了睡得好 和愛貓分房

他以前有抱著愛貓「北灰」睡覺的習慣，最近為了顧及睡眠品質，他規定「北灰」不可進房共眠，「我跟貓咪講好，只有假日可以一起睡，其他時間我們要分開。」

他日前拍攝新歌〈王子的新衣〉MV，發揮演技憤怒地砸電視，沒想到太過用力，打破電視螢幕，碎片反彈讓眼睛布滿血絲，工作人員緊張得把他扶到道具床上休息，結果他竟不知不覺睡著，也賺了１小時的午覺。

專輯愛心網拍 飆破16萬

蕭敬騰月初曾到台中探望罹患杜馨氏肌肉萎縮症的歌迷劉嘉佑，深受感動的他在「Yahoo!奇摩拍賣」進行專輯愛心競標，所得全數轉捐給罕見疾病基金會。16日凌晨專輯以161300元高價結標，昨上午他親手把專輯送到板橋給該位得標歌迷，感謝對方的愛心。
